- - improving the technical capacity of the Department of Intelligence and Internal Protection for fighting against organized crime and illegal migration
- - strengthening the cooperation with law enforcement authorities from Schengen Member State in order to fight against organized crime, illegal migration, cyber crime and human trafficking, to increase the security of citizens within the EU and Schengen

Important activities within the project
- - organizing specialized training (workshops and exchanges of good practices) in the field of countering organized crime, illegal migration, cyber crime and human trafficking
- - study visits to similar European institutions
- - procurement of IT&C equipment, special equipment and specialized vehicles
- - carrying out a feasibility study and a technical execution project for the modernization of DIPI’s Dumbravita Training Centre, Brasov
